William S. Marth is Chairman of Meribel Pharma Solutions, bringing decades of extensive leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, CDMO and biotech sectors. He currently serves as President and CEO of National Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company.

Mr. Marth previously served as CEO of AMRI for four years, during which he built AMRI into a leading global CMO through a series of acquisitions, ultimately leading to a go-private transaction in 2018. Before that, he spent 13 years at Teva, most recently serving as President and CEO of Teva Americas, overseeing numerous acquisitions, including the $6.8 billion Cephalon and the $7 billion Barr Labs acquisitions.

In addition to his leadership roles, Mr. Marth serves on multiple advisory boards that support innovation and growth across the global life sciences industry. 

He holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Illinois, an M.B.A. from the Keller Graduate School of Management and an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Tom Tomlinson is an Operating Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners, with over 30 years of diverse experience across various industries, including healthcare, consumer products, finance and aviation.

Before joining the firm in 2018, Mr. Tomlinson served as CEO of Alliance Healthcare Services, a leading healthcare provider of clinical care and hospital-centric outsourcing solutions within radiology, oncology and interventional pain management. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Tomlinson served as the CEO of Midwest Dental and spent 10 years with the Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) in senior roles, including CEO, President and COO, as well as Senior Vice President and CFO. During his tenure, he played a key role in CDI’s growth and development while creating the second-largest radiology and related services organization in the U.S. through the merger of Insight Imaging and CDI.

Before that, Mr. Tomlinson spent 17 years in predominantly finance-related roles, including as Executive Vice President and CFO of Department 56, a publicly traded wholesale and retail consumer products company, and President of Harmon Solutions Group, an insurance claim outsourcing company. He has also held numerous finance and development positions with organizations such as Northwest Airlines and American Airlines.

Mr. Tomlinson received a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Jeremy Kogler is a Managing Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners and has led the development of Blue Wolf’s healthcare vertical. Before joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Kogler worked as a multi-strategy analyst focused on public securities at EnTrust Global (formerly known as EnTrust Capital Partners), an investment management firm.

Mr. Kogler serves on numerous boards of directors across the Blue Wolf portfolio. He received a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Shashank Patel is a Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners. Mr. Patel first joined Blue Wolf in 2011 and was involved in the company’s investments in American Builders Supply, Snappy Air Distribution Products and Twin Rivers Paper Company. He spent time at Providence Equity and Apax Partners, as well as independently acquiring a software company, where he served as CEO, before rejoining Blue Wolf in 2020. Before that, Mr. Patel worked at Madison Dearborn Partners and began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions investment banking group at Solomon Smith Barney/Citigroup.

Mr. Patel received a B.A. and M.S. in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Chicago, as well as an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mike Sutter is an Operating Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners, with nearly 40 years of experience operating industrial companies. He currently serves as CEO of Blue Wolf’s portfolio company, CQ Medical, the global leader in radiotherapy positioning products.

Before joining Blue Wolf in 2021, Mr. Sutter served as CEO of Airtech Vacuum, an international technology-driven solutions provider of vacuum and pressure technologies, which was successfully sold to a strategic buyer. Prior to that, Mr. Sutter served as CEO of Chromalox, a provider of innovative thermal processing solutions, which was also successfully sold to a strategic buyer.

Mr. Sutter received an M.B.A. and a B.S.I.E. from Lehigh University. He earned a black belt in continuous improvement while at Bell & Howell earlier in his career.

Frances Cloud is the owner and founder of Pharmacloud, a leading European provider of commercial due diligence and strategic consulting services to pharmaceutical companies and private equity clients.

Since founding the firm in 2009, she has led over 200 transactions and projects across generics, APIs, contract manufacturing, distribution and more. Before establishing Pharmacloud, she spent two decades in equity analysis and investment banking.

She currently serves on the advisory board of Advanz Pharmaceuticals and is a former board member of Pharmathen, as well as a Board Observer at Adalvo.

She holds an M.A. in Biochemistry from Magdalen College, Oxford.

Dr. Stephan Fleck was formerly the CEO and Partner of Rottendorf Pharma GmbH from 2009 to early 2023, during which time he was responsible for all global activities and led the company to significant growth over his tenure. Prior to this, Dr. Fleck held senior roles at Bayer, GE Healthcare, and various CDMOs in the healthcare industry.

Mr. Fleck serves on the boards of multiple private equity-backed CDMO companies, bringing over 30+ years of leadership in pharma, diagnostics, and medical devices.

Dr. Fleck holds advanced degrees in Physics, Industrial Technology and Engineering.

George Svokos has served as President & CEO of Avet Pharmaceuticals since 2022 and brings strong professional experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing and manufacturing.

Before joining Avet, Mr. Svokos served as COO and CCO at AMRI from 2014 to 2018, prior to the company’s take-private in 2018. Mr. Svokos previously spent 30+ years in leadership roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals across manufacturing, operations, sales & marketing and business development for Teva API & Teva USA.

Mr. Svokos received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri.
