Vlad is a senior financial executive with over two decades of experience leading complex financial transformations and serving as a trusted CFO as well as numerous other strategic executive roles within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. Currently a Managing Director at Portage Point Partners, Vlad specializes in driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and capital efficiency for companies navigating rapid growth, regulatory complexity, or operational transformations.

Vlad has deep experience stepping into interim executive roles, as well as independent director roles for pharma and healthcare organizations, where he has led initiatives spanning R&D portfolio optimization, SG&A rationalization, ERP implementation and international supply chain cost controls. His ability to align finance with long-range strategic objectives—particularly in high-regulation, capital-intensive environments—has positioned him as a go-to advisor for Boards of Directors and private equity sponsors.

Prior to joining Portage Point, Vlad spent 12 years advising institutional investors on portfolio company performance, credit risk, and turnaround strategies across multiple industries with a particular focus in healthcare, pharma, and biotech sectors. He is particularly adept at managing cross-border financial operations and providing actionable insight on financial strategy, capital allocation, and governance.

Vlad earned both his MBA and bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Southern Indiana. His leadership style is analytical, collaborative, and focused on delivering sustainable value creation across every stage of the pharma lifecycle—from clinical development to commercialization. Outside of work, Vlad enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and competing in cycling events.

Steve is a dynamic and customer-focused operations executive with over 30 years of experience driving growth, operational excellence, and transformational change across global, highly regulated industries. Known for building high-performing teams and fostering cultures of continuous improvement, Steve brings a proven track record of delivering value both organically and through strategic mergers and acquisitions.

Most recently, Steve served as Corporate Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain at Integra LifeSciences, a $1.5 billion global enterprise. In this role, he was responsible for leading all aspects of global manufacturing operations, supply chain, environmental health and safety (EHS), security, procurement, facilities, real estate, and enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives.

Prior to Integra, Steve spent a decade in executive leadership roles within the contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) sector. He served as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Operations at AMRI (now Curia), a leading global provider of specialty active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and sterile injectable drug products. Before that, he was Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where he oversaw operations across more than 30 sites on five continents, supporting over 9,000 employees and serving 49 of the top 50 global pharmaceutical companies.

Steve began his career at General Electric, where he spent 22 years in a variety of global leadership roles across operations, supply chain, quality, and business management. His foundation in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement was shaped by GE’s renowned operational rigor and leadership development programs.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and completed multiple years of GE’s Executive Education Program. He is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma.

Chief Commercial Officer with more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing commercial teams, developing and implementing effective commercial excellence strategies to build customer loyalty and increasing the revenue and profitability of organisations in the pharma/healthcare sector.

 Previously as the Director of Commercial Excellence, Noelia was responsible for designing, implementing, and embedding key commercial KPIs that improved visibility, accountability, and results. Noelia has led transformative sales initiatives at Synerlab and Medycsa that delivered growth and most recently spearheaded the implementation of Salesforce to ensure consistency in our operation, and to support our data-driven decision-making throughout the Meribel growth journey.

 With a solid healthcare and business background, Noelia has proven experience in organisation and strategic planning, closing high-value deals, tackling complex problems in innovative ways and motivating teams to achieve and exceed set goals.

Noelia is passionate about commercial execution, committed to the success of her team and business growth and ultimately improving the lives of people across the world.

Noelia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Universidad of Valladolid and an MBA with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry from ESAME

John has more than 20 years’ experience in Pharma IT having served in multiple roles with both large global and niche pharmaceutical companies. He was previously the Head of Tech and Digital for the Global Manufacturing and Supply division of Zoetis and most recently Head of Digital for Global CDMO, Hovione. John has a mechanical engineering background and holds a MSc in Information Systems management from University of Liverpool. He has a strong focus on people development and a deep interest in effective team dynamics. John enjoys travel, all sports but particularly rugby, and motorcycle touring.

Saurabh brings 20 years of industry experience in the Healthcare Services, CDMO and Generic/Specialty Pharmaceuticals industry in both Corporate and Wall Street settings. Prior to joining Meribel, Saurabh partnered with the Blue Wolf Capital team on developing their CDMO industry investment thesis and pursuing acquisitions in the CDMO space.

Saurabh was previously VP of Strategy and Business Development for Emcure Pharmaceuticals’ Developed Markets business from 2018-2020 where he was responsible for manufacturing facility, product and company acquisitions as well as negotiating licensing and CMO partnering opportunities. Prior to joining Emcure he served as Director of M&A/Business Development for AMRI (now known as Curia) from 2015-2018 where he played a key role in implementing AMRI’s M&A strategy and leading evaluation and due diligence of corporate development and business development transactions broadly, which led to AMRI becoming a Top 5 Global CDMO through a series of acquisitions.

Before embarking on his corporate career Saurabh spent a decade on Wall Street in Healthcare industry focused roles in Investment Banking and Equity Research, most recently at Morgan Stanley in New York. Saurabh has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellog School of Management, an MS degree in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University and a BE in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology in India.

Amy is a dynamic, CIPD qualified and results-driven senior HR leader with a background spanning operations and human resources. Amy has 20 years of HR experience all within the pharmaceutical sector, commencing her career with Abbott, a large global healthcare organisation and holding previous roles with Aesica, Consort medical and most recently Recipharm, a large sized CDMO. Currently serving as the Group Head of HR, she brings a strategic perspective shaped by her diverse experience as Head of HR, Head of Manufacturing Operations, and Site Director.

The blend of operational insight and people-focused leadership has made her a trusted partner in driving organizational change, implementing large-scale recruitment strategies, and leading complex transformation projects. Amy has a proven track record of fostering strong union relationships, rolling out effective HR systems, and driving large scale strategic projects.
