Bruce Vielle is the CEO of Meribel Pharma Solutions, with over a decade of leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and CDMOs.

Previously, Bruce served as CEO of Synerlab Group. He has also served as Industry and Quality Group Director at Vetoquinol and Plant Director at Unither Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years in the automotive sector, managing manufacturing and supply chain operations across Europe.

Bruce holds an engineering degree and an MBA from HEC Paris.

Antoine Delcour is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with over two decades of international and industrial experience across the pharmaceutical, FMCG, and oil & gas sectors.

Most recently, he served as CFO of Euroapi, company listed on Euronext, where he led the financial carve-out from Sanofi, orchestrated the company’s IPO, and spearheaded strategic transformation initiatives in response to major market shifts.

Prior to Euroapi, Antoine held several senior finance roles at Sanofi, including Head of Finance for M&A, Business Development & Licensing, and Strategic Alliances.

Earlier in his career, Antoine held leadership positions at Schlumberger and Unilever, managing finance operations across Europe, the U.S.A., and Asia.

He holds a master’s degree in applied biotechnology from the Ecole de Biologie Industrielle and a Post Graduate Degree in Food Industry Management from the ESSEC.

Steve Leonard is the Chief Operating Officer of Meribel Pharma Solutions, with over 30 years of global operational leadership in global, highly regulated industries.

He previously served as Corporate Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain at Integra LifeSciences, overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, EHS, procurement, and facilities. Earlier roles include senior operations leadership at AMRI (now Curia) and Catalent Pharma Solutions, where he managed global site networks. Steve began his career at General Electric, holding leadership roles in operations, supply chain, and business management.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and completed GE’s Executive Education Program. He is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma.

Shabbir brings more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. With a career spanning formulation science and senior business development leadership, he has held key positions at Recipharm, Aesica, PCI Services, Gattefossé, and DFE Pharma.

Holding a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Shabbir combines deep technical expertise with proven commercial acumen. His background covers advanced drug delivery systems, excipient technologies, and both clinical and commercial manufacturing.

Known for his ability to drive growth and build lasting global partnerships, Shabbir now leads Meribel’s commercial strategy worldwide. His mission is to expand our market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and position Meribel Pharma Solutions as a trusted partner for innovation and quality in the pharmaceutical sector.

Christian Gausepohl is the Chief Quality Officer of Meribel Pharma Solutions, with over 25 years of in pharmaceutical industry.

He previously served as Global Quality Director at Marken Ltd overseeing global quality initiatives, regulatory inspections and EMEA Quality operations including Qualified Person responsibilities for clinical studies. Earlier roles include Executive Board membership and senior leadership at the global CDMO Rottendorf Pharma where he managed Quality, Technology and product lifecycle processes. Christian began his career at Wyeth Pharma in production and Quality Control operations.

Christian holds a Ph.D. degree, is a registered Qualified Person and a pharmacist by training.

John Mahon is the Chief Information Officer of Meribel Pharma Solutions, with over 20 years of IT experience in pharmaceutical companies.

He previously served as Head of Digital at Hovione and as VP of IT and Digital for Global Manufacturing and Supply at Zoetis. He also held senior IT roles at Jazz Pharmaceuticals and Merck. John specializes in building scalable IT systems and high-performing teams to support business growth.

He holds an MSc in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool and a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Saurabh Singh is the Chief Strategy Officer of Meribel Pharma Solutions, with 20 years of experience across healthcare services, CDMO, and generic/specialty pharma in both corporate and financial roles.

He previously held senior strategy roles at Emcure Pharmaceuticals and AMRI (now Curia), where he led M&A and business development. Earlier, he spent a decade in healthcare investment banking and equity research, including at Morgan Stanley.

Saurabh holds an MBA from Kellogg, an MS in Computer Science from Michigan Tech, and a BE from Birla Institute of Technology.

Amy Mort is Head of Human Resources at Meribel Pharma Solutions, with 20 years of HR and operations experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

She has held leadership roles at Abbott, Aesica, Consort Medical, and Recipharm, including Head of HR, Head of Manufacturing Operations, and Site Director.

Amy specializes in aligning people strategies with business goals, leading transformation efforts, and fostering a strong workplace culture. 

Amy is CIPD qualified.
